Southern Draw Cigars

Southern Draw Cigars brings together veteran-owned values and the craftsmanship of skilled cigar makers. Founder Rob Holt built Southern Draw with a team of U.S. veterans to reflect traditions of honor, respect and fellowship. Many of Southern Draw’s core blends carry plant-inspired names with personal meaning, from Firethorn and Kudzu to Rose of Sharon.

Production takes place at the AJ Fernandez Factory in Estelí, Nicaragua, where AJ Fernandez’s team rolls each cigar with skill and consistency. The result is a collection of rich, complex cigars made for aficionados who value authenticity, craftsmanship and story-driven blends. At Corona Cigar Co., we proudly carry a strong selection of Southern Draw cigars across customer-favorite lines.

Southern Draw's Plant-Inspired Collections

Each Southern Draw blend carries a botanical name with personal meaning behind it. From medium-bodied elegance to powerful intensity, these collections showcase Southern Draw’s vision and the craftsmanship of AJ Fernandez’s team.

Firethorn

Firethorn Rosado offers a smooth, approachable smoke with a double-fermented Habano Rosado wrapper. Expect notes of cocoa, cinnamon and pecan in a balanced profile that pairs well with medium-weight craft brews, spirits and boutique wines.

Rose of Sharon

Rose of Sharon pays tribute to co-founder Sharon Holt with a graceful Ecuadorian Connecticut blend that brings more character than you might expect from a lighter cigar. Nicaraguan tobaccos and Dominican Piloto Cubano create a mild-to-medium smoke with notes of caramel, peanuts and gentle spice, making it a smooth choice.

Jacobs Ladder

A bold statement in the Southern Draw lineup, Jacobs Ladder features a dark Pennsylvania Broadleaf Maduro wrapper, Ecuadorian binder and Nicaraguan fillers for a powerful experience. Think earth, leather, dark chocolate and espresso with a long, satisfying finish.

Kudzu

The Kudzu Oscuro brings medium-to-full intensity with a rich, complex profile and notes of cocoa, coffee, leather and spice — a perfect balance of power and complexity.

Manzanita

Manzanita, inspired by the Spanish phrase “La Manzanita,” or “the little apple,” showcases a dark red Habano wrapper and a rich profile rooted in the story behind its name.

Cedrus

Cedrus rounds out the portfolio with an elegant Indonesian wrapper, Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan/Dominican filler tobaccos in what Robert Holt called Southern Draw’s “most distinguished tasting cigar.”
