If you have an existing online account with Corona Cigar Co., please follow these steps below to login to your account on the new site:

    1. Go to
    2. Click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ option
    3. Enter your existing email address
    4. Hit the Reset Password button
    5. Check your inbox for the password message and follow the instructions in that email. If you don’t see the message, please check your spam folder
    6. Start shopping and check out all the awesome new features!


  • How do I login to my existing account? See above section.
  • Did my points transfer over? Yes, they did! Our website now features a new & improved Loyalty Program that you can access right from your desktop or cell phone. Check out the green box in the left-hand corner of your screen to see what goodies you're eligible for!
  • Do you carry the same products? Yes! All of our inventory is 100% the same. The only difference is that we now showcase only 1 product on a page for both the single and box, instead of 1 for the single and 1 for the box. We still show the various sizes & wrappers but have made it much easier to navigate around + it gives the site a much cleaner look!
  • What about my COM Membership? New & Improved COM System Coming Soon!
  • How do I reset my password? Go to - click on the Forgot your password?’ option - enter your existing email address - hit the Reset Password button - check your inbox for the password message & follow the instructions. If you do not see the email, please check your Spam folder.
  • How do I reorder? Account' - Orders - find the order you are looking to reorder - click on the Order # - then you will see a button at the bottom to Reorder.
  • Where do I see my Tracking Number? Account - Orders - Click on the Order - Under 'Shipping Details'
  • How do I see my past orders? Click on 'Account' - go to Orders
  • Am I able to see my past orders from the old website? Unfortunately, no.
  • How do I use my Rewards Points? Navigate to the green & red 'Rewards' pop-up in the lower left-hand corner of your screen. From there, you will be able to see how many total Rewards Points you have accumulated. If you click on the Rewards button, it will expand to show you every reward that you are eligible for. Simple click on "Claim Rewards", then click YES to confirm, and a code will appear. Copy/Paste that code into the Coupon/Gift Certificate section at Checkout.
