Honduras

Featuring rich natural resources such as coffee, tropical fruit, sugar cane and its forever growing textiles industry, Honduras is also known for, you guessed it, tobacco. Most consumers think of Cuban, Dominican and Nicaraguan when it comes to tobacco while Honduras is often overlooked. Many brands get their tobacco from Honduras, for example, Camacho, Alec Bradley, Aladino, Hoyo de Monterrey, Rocky Patel, Oscar Valladares and La Palina.  The Jamastran Valley in particular is known for producing full-bodied tobacco that strongly compares to the tobacco grown in the Pinar del Rio region of Cuba.
