FSG by Drew Estate cigars feature our prized Florida Sun Grown Corojo tobacco in the filler which adds a distinct flavor and depth to the blend. It also combines aged Nicaraguan fillers, a Habano seed Honduran binder and finished off with a lush Brazilian Arapiraca maduro wrapper.
The Florida Sun Grown line was blended by Drew Estate Master Blender Willy Herrera over the course of the past two years, during which Drew Estate has been fermenting and processing the new Sun Grown tobaccos. When asked about the new tobacco, Willy stated that, “it was a unique challenge working with the Florida Sun Grown tobacco. It was something completely new to me, and it took me numerous blends to figure out how to incorporate it into a blend I really loved. The final blend we’ve come up with is one I’m extremely excited about, and I can’t wait to see what everyone thinks of this special new tobacco.”
FSG cigars are produced in small batches and our Florida Sun Grown tobacco is extremely limited. Severe Quality Issues, 9th Sep 2021

I have smoked many of the FSG as singles or 5 packs. Always amazing flavor and construction. I bought a box in June, 2021 and most of the cigars have had severe burn issues. I have smoked about 15 so far and at least a dozen of those were flawed. The cigar lights and draws fine for about 1/3 to 1/2 then the burn stalls out. You have to relight several times, the flavor gets out of balance. Not a good experience. Yes, I am an experienced smoker, yes my humidor is maintained (every other brand in the humidor smokes fine). This is a curing and production issue. $225...

Ordered a box of FSG Belicoso cigars on April 16, 2021. The first cigar was a fantastic smoke. The second was almost unsmokable. The ash was very hard and wouldn't tap off the end of the cigar. It also burned unevenly and had to be continually relit. I know this occasionally happens and wrote it off to a rare defect. Today, I smoked my eighth cigar in the box and had exactly the same problem. I have a real problem with a 20% defective rate in a $200+ box of cigars.

Ordered one just to try it, and now just shared the link with a bunch of friends. Great cigar. Really smooth, milder than I thought it would be, and smoked a really long time with a crazy long ash. I am back here not to leave this review, but to order more. They also shipped it in a great humidified package.

The FSG cigars have become one of my favorites. Especially these toro limited editions, smooth cool draw,nice white ash,even burn from start to finish and loaded with flavors. You can smoke these down to the last inch without them getting to hot or harsh. Well done Corona and Drew Estate!
