It has been over fifteen years since we first introduced our Corona Nicaraguan Selection cigars. Since then, these have become our most popular and best-selling house blend. In fact, they sell so well that we have a serious problem with the factory being able to keep up with the demand.

For this special edition of our 10th Anniversary cigar, originally released in 2008, we’ve enlisted the talents of Tabacalera Tropical. We selected a slightly stronger blend of first-choice Nicaraguan long filler tobaccos and a variety of wrappers that are the same as the original Corona Nicaraguan.

The result is a cigar with a fantastic draw, solid white ash and a slightly sweet flavor. The quality of this cigar makes it an absolute steal at these prices!

Strength: Mild to Medium
Wrapper: Candela
Origin: Nicaragua

Pleasant surprise in a sampler pack, 12th Apr 2022

Reviewer: Lawrence Cugini

I got the Best of Corona sampler pack and this robusto was a standout. I love the color, build, and most of all the flavor. And the price is right. I will keep these in my humidor from now on.

Box of 20!!!, 12th Nov 2020

Reviewer: Charles Strawder

I love these and I order 10 at a time. I wish someone would of suggested a box instead of just 10 for $60 plus. But hey that’s just business I guess.

Cigars were cracking when opening the box, 15th Jun 2019

Reviewer: T.C. Vasquez

Eight of the cigar’s had noticeable cracks on them, the body of the cigar felt dry. Really disappointing after reading all the great reviews. The only reason I get two stars is because the flavor was really good, just really disappointing when you open a box and that many cigars are cracked

Great smoke, 31st Jan 2019

Reviewer: Harold Oliver

I was looking for an everyday smoke to bridge the gap between a more expensive name brand cigar. The Corona 10th Anniversary surprised me and took the place of the expensive name brand cigar. This cigar may be the only cigar I buy for a while.

Corona Nicaraguan 10th Anniversary Churchill Natural Cigar, 10th Dec 2018

Reviewer: Phil Jordan

Great cigar at a great price. The physical elements are good--well constructed, quality materials, very good flavors. I'm also impressed that this cigar behaves like, and delivers taste and flavor like much more expensive cigars do. The sweetness was a surprise because I usually don't choose "sweet" smokes, but the more I smoke these, the more I like that part, too.

Great smoke, 7th Oct 2018

Reviewer: William Bond

These are great cigars, I call them my "morning cigars", but good anytime. Sweet and mild, I use them to help others to come to enjoy a good cigar. Only drawback was they go out if you don't constantly keep a draw on them, sometimes even then.

Candela, gum a bit too sweet for me. Loose ash, uneven burn. Maybe I got a bad one??? Will try another and see...

Disappointed, 14th Jul 2016

Reviewer: Timothy Peroz

The Connecticut had no flavor.
I had the natural in the past and it had a nice sweetness to it.
I would have given it a 1 star but it was well made and the draw was nice.

Good Sweet Cigar, 20th Oct 2015

Reviewer: Brennan McGuigan

Loved this cigar at the perfect price point. Will buy again. Bought these for an office party for people who don't normally smoke cigars. They loved it. As a smoker, it was a little on the sweet side but I didn't mind.

Best cigar ever. I have been smoking cigars for almost fifty years and Candelas are very hard to find. But I have been smoking these Candelas for several years now and have never found or had a bad one. Foe the price this is the best cigar you will ever smoke. Buy them every spring for the golf season. Try one and you will love it.

Favorite stick!, 9th Apr 2015

I absolutely love this stick. A well balanced blend and a perfect smoke. I prefer the 5x50 robusto in candela personally, but any size or wrapper is good.

Louisville Mike, 24th Jul 2014

Reviewer: Michael Boyd

This cigar is a delight.....sweet at first and then settles in with great taste. Excellent construction, even white ash burn, perfect draw, and plumes of smoke. It is now one of my favorites -- and the price is much lower than the quality of this cigar. I will offer this to my very best cigar buddies in confidence..

Nice, 25th Jul 2013

Reviewer: Scott Lewless

You can't possibly go wrong with these. They are constructed well, burn evenly, nice draw, and taste terrific. Isn't that what you are looking for in a cigar? Hard to believe a box is only $59. Even harder to believe they come in an actual box and not bundled. I will continue to fill my humidor with the 10th anniversary sticks. Excellent, excellent value!

Well Done, 2nd Jul 2013

Reviewer: JEFF COHAN

A nice cigar, a little sweet on the start, but built in both flavor and strength. It never gets past mild/medium, but is very good. It has a great ash(a concrete color) a holds the ash great (2 inches easy) it gives off a light blue smoke. The draw was a little tight, but it did not take away from the satisfaction of a very good cigar.

Good Smoke, 20th May 2013

Reviewer: Chuck Mackarness

Pre-smoke: Good texture, nice aroma, firm but not dry and "crispy" sound under the pinch.
Smoking: Nice lighting and draw, smooth and easy to smoke. Three distinct flavors from first 3rd light and nutty, second 3rd moderate and leathery, last 3rd a bit stronger, but still pleasant. No runs and even burn to the nub.

Not Bad at All, 20th May 2013

Very Nice, 19th May 2013

Reviewer: Alan Hatfield

Well made mid weight pack no big vains double cap. Dry with some tooth and some splotchy wraper. It had a hay like sweet smell with tobacco . I took the first cap off with the cutter , that gave me a very good draw. The pre light draw had a sweetness that would last throught out the stick. The first third had a sweet and spice on the draw and a shortish finish that left a very nice sweet last on the lips . I noticed a bit of a tingle in the back of my throat . The second third was much the same as the first , however the finish got longer with a bit more spice and pepper . At the band the stick was just the same which was just fine with me . I put it down at about 3/4 " but did not want too . The cigar never got too hot it had GREAT performance all the way with a very good burn . I will be getting more of this one for sure .. Liked it ALOT !!

Decent Smoke, 18th May 2013

Reviewer: Dr Michael Mihalik

Much enjoyed this one.
Very nice draw, with volumes of dense smoke, slightly sweet, mild, but full of flavor. Well constructed, even burn.

Incredibly good cigar., 18th May 2013

Reviewer: Tim Davis

I got the pleasure of enjoying one of these while unpacking from a recent trip. I'm always a skeptic when it comes to house brands but corona has a very well put together and balanced cigar here.
The construction is near flawless, the veins are evenly spread keeping a nice flavor throughout.
The flavors themselves are very balanced, not too spicy or earthy and not too sweet.
The best equivalent I can think of off the top of my head for a 'main brand' would be the Fuente 8-5-8 Flor Fina Natural with just slightly more spice.
There are definite hints of spice and also not overpowering. The spice notes are what really bring this cigar in.

The burn is very even and smokable down to the end.
I can say I'm a believer in house brands now having tried the right one.

Pleasant Surprise, 17th May 2013

Reviewer: Fred Villani

Not having ever tried a Corona Cigar, I wasn't sure what to expect. The cigar was well made, firm, but not too tight. Lit well and burned very evenly holding a substantial ash before it broke away. Willing to bet had I not been outside smoking in a breeze it might have lasted longer.

When I initially lit the cigar it was very spicy, this subsided very quickly and settled down to a mellow but never boring flavor. The burn remained even and draw was perfect. A very enjoyable smoke that I would add to my rotation.

Expected Better, 16th May 2013

Reviewer: John Davis

Despite it being a 10 anniversary smoke I found nothing to celebrate, but then I am no fan of flavored or sweet cigars. This one had a sweet taste that I didn't like. Even worse, the draw was like drinking a milkshake through a cocktail straw. I would not smoke this one again even though I know any box can have a bad stick. My first impression was bad from the get-go.

I enjoyed this cigar while cutting grass. The cigar has a sweet taste at the beginning and then smooths out. Very even burn throughout. A very cood cigar.

Pleasant Surprise!, 11th May 2013

Reviewer: Corey Carroll

I usually stay away from house brand cigars, but this one pleasantly surprised me! Out of the plastic wrapper it had a nice aroma and was consistently wrapped. It lit well and burned evenly throughout, along with a "classic" cigar aroma. The flavor is medium with a spicy tone, becoming a little more bold at the end. Definitely would consider this great value for the price!

Nice wrap, you immediately notice the taste. If you like sweet/chocolate blends this is the cigar for you. I recommend to poking this one to help draw in the sweet flavor.

Solid stick, 8th May 2013

Reviewer: James Lay

Opened the cigar up, and noticed some small blemishes. Nothing major, but there were a few small cosmetic flaws. Cut the cap and did I draw unlit. Could taste some raisin notes, or maybe some figs. Either way, you had a dried fruit taste right away. Upon lighting, it became less prominent, but was still there. Thought it was going to start tunneling right away, but didn't. Evened out and stayed true for the duration of the smoke. Good burn, and solid ash as well. The flavor was more complex than I thought also. To go along with the fruit notes, you could certainly taste a nice pepper tone as well as a nice wood taste. The flavor was balanced, and not overpowering. I would certainly place this in the mild-medium ranks. Good cigar, and certainly one I would not hesitate to put in my humidor.

Perfect price point, 6th May 2013

Reviewer: Drew Lyons

This 10th Anniversary cigar I recieved was a really good looking stick. Great color...great construction. Firm with a little give...perfect. Nice band as well... The Dry Draw was pleasant and had a very mild and sweet taste. Upon lighting it...i was pleasantly surprised at the initial creamy sweet cocoaee flavor. At this point i realized that the cigar was wrapped a bit tightly. A little tough to draw. Went from a V cut to snipping the end ...helped alittle...hit it with a draw poker and all was better.
First third was creamy and smooth with a touch of woody sweet notes...loved it
Second third built a little and became a little more woody and added a slight leathery note to it.
Final third built up a bit more and the pepperyish, leathery notes stayed through the end. Very nice.
Nice white ash consistantly through with a great straight burn.
Not knowing the price point..i put it at a 4 to 5 dollar stick that I could enjoy regularly when looking for something on the mild to medium side. Price was verified and happy to see that I was actually acurate...nice job on this one.
