CAO has become known for their innovative cigars and creative tobacco blends, but they haven't released a cigar made entirely of Nicaraguan tobacco...until now. The new CAO Nicaragua Cigar feature aged Nicaraguan long-fillers from the Jalapa Valley, Esteli and Condega. According to Rick Rodriguez, CAO's Master Blender, "Nicaragua's rich volcanic soils and ideal humidity, temperature and sunlight create the perfect growing conditions for tobacco." Advance reviews of the CAO Nicaragua Cigars have been favorable with smokers reporting peppery and nutty flavors.
There are three sizes available for the CAO Nicaragua -- Granada (6" x 50 - Toro), Matagalpa (5 5/8" x 46 - Corona) and Tipitapa (4 7/8" x 50 - Robusto).
