The "Cigar City" of Santiago sits in the center of the Cibao Valley where much of the Dominican Republic’s tobacco is grown and was also the site of a decisive battle in the Dominican’s war for independence against Spain.
Steeped in heritage and flavor, the La Aurora 1495 cigar is a rich, medium to full-bodied smoke. The cigar remains smooth throughout and has complex flavors of earth with hints of coffee.
There is an excellent balance of spice, which comes from the combination of a Ecuadorian sungrown wrapper and Dominican Corojo binder and filler toaccos. La Aurora has once again made a cigar that defines what a cigar should be...full of flavor, well constructed, and perfectly balanced.
