Cuesta-Rey cigars are hand-made in the Dominican Republic under the carefull supervision of Carlos Fuente Jr. Like all Fuente made cigars, the draw of a Cuesta-Rey is free and easy, and the overall construction is magnificent.
Cuesta-Rey cigars are available in three wrappers- a Natural Connecticut shade, a broadleaf Maduro and an Ecuadorian Sungrown wrapper. The golden brown, natural Connecticut shade grown wrapper has a light and mellow taste.
The dark brown Maduro wrapper has a slightly sweeter and more robust flavor. The Centro-Fino Sungrown wrapper has a fuller-bodied taste with a touch of spice on the palate. So take your pick and whatever you choose, your tastebuds will thank you.
