Deep in the heart of Little Havana, Miami is a stealthy little cigar factory where a small group of Cuban master rollers hand craft our Corona Gold Series cigars. That's right...these cigars are made right here in the USA. However, if you were to enter this factory, you would swear you were in Cuba; no one speaks English, the rollers are listening to Salsa y Reggeton and the Cuban flag is hung along side the American flag. Today the torcedors hand craft Corona Gold cigars, but not long ago these folks were working in Habana rolling Cuban Cohibas and Montecristos for "Castro Inc".
Corona Gold Series cigars are some of our best selling super premium cigars. They are rolled "entubado", have triple caps and well filled bunch. The flavor of Corona Gold cigars range from mild to full, depending on the wrapper. The golden-brown Connecticut shade wrapper has a mild, creamy flavor. The cocoa-brown Natural Habano wrapper has a medium to full flavor and the Oscuro-black Maduro wrapper has a slightly sweet, full bodied flavor. One of my favorites is the Dos Cappas. These not only look amazing but give you a great combination of flavors by combining two different wrappers.
