Maria Guerrero was a famous Spanish stage actress in the late 1800’s and around that time a cigar was created with her name honoring her beauty and her fame. Altadis has revived that brand and blended a cigar that not only honors Maria Guerrero, but honors the noble and long standing tradition of cigars. Maria Guerrero is made with a Cameroon wrapper, a Nicaraguan binder, and Honduran, Nicaraguan, and Peruvian fillers. This blend creates a medium bodied smoke that is smooth and creamy with flavors of leather and subtle hints of coffee with a perfectly balanced spice. Maria Guerrero performs extremely well with a great draw and burn, and is a cigar worthy of the spotlight.
