It has been over ten years since we first introduced our Corona Nicaraguan Selection cigars. Since then, these have become our most popular and best selling cigars. In fact, they sell so good that we have a serious problem with the factory being able to keep up with the demand.
For the 10th Anniversary of our Nicaraguan Selection cigars, we enlisted the talents of Tabacalera Tropical. We selected a slightly stronger blend off first-choice Nicaraguan long filler tobaccos and a wrapper that is the same as the original Corona Nicaraguan.
The result is a cigar with a fantastic draw, solid white ash and a slightly sweet flavor. The quality of this cigar makes it an absolute steal at these prices!

This 10th Anniversary cigar I recieved was a really good looking stick. Great color...great construction. Firm with a little give...perfect. Nice band as well... The Dry Draw was pleasant and had a very mild and sweet taste. Upon lighting it...i was pleasantly surprised at the initial creamy sweet cocoaee flavor. At this point i realized that the cigar was wrapped a bit tightly. A little tough to draw. Went from a V cut to snipping the end ...helped alittle...hit it with a draw poker and all was better.

Opened the cigar up, and noticed some small blemishes. Nothing major, but there were a few small cosmetic flaws. Cut the cap and did I draw unlit. Could taste some raisin notes, or maybe some figs. Either way, you had a dried fruit taste right away. Upon lighting, it became less prominent, but was still there. Thought it was going to start tunneling right away, but didn't. Evened out and stayed true for the duration of the smoke. Good burn, and solid ash as well. The flavor was more complex than I thought also. To go along with the fruit notes, you could certainly taste a nice pepper tone as well as a nice wood taste. The flavor was balanced, and not overpowering. I would certainly place this in the mild-medium ranks. Good cigar, and certainly one I would not hesitate to put in my humidor.

Absolutely great smoke for the price. Nicaraguan cigars never were my cup of tea until I met this cigar. Fairly even burn with a smooth smoke. I would definetely recommend this one!

I usually stay away from house brand cigars, but this one pleasantly surprised me! Out of the plastic wrapper it had a nice aroma and was consistently wrapped. It lit well and burned evenly throughout, along with a "classic" cigar aroma. The flavor is medium with a spicy tone, becoming a little more bold at the end. Definitely would consider this great value for the price!

Despite it being a 10 anniversary smoke I found nothing to celebrate, but then I am no fan of flavored or sweet cigars. This one had a sweet taste that I didn't like. Even worse, the draw was like drinking a milkshake through a cocktail straw. I would not smoke this one again even though I know any box can have a bad stick. My first impression was bad from the get-go.

Not having ever tried a Corona Cigar, I wasn't sure what to expect. The cigar was well made, firm, but not too tight. Lit well and burned very evenly holding a substantial ash before it broke away. Willing to bet had I not been outside smoking in a breeze it might have lasted longer.

I got the pleasure of enjoying one of these while unpacking from a recent trip. I'm always a skeptic when it comes to house brands but corona has a very well put together and balanced cigar here.

Well made mid weight pack no big vains double cap. Dry with some tooth and some splotchy wraper. It had a hay like sweet smell with tobacco . I took the first cap off with the cutter , that gave me a very good draw. The pre light draw had a sweetness that would last throught out the stick. The first third had a sweet and spice on the draw and a shortish finish that left a very nice sweet last on the lips . I noticed a bit of a tingle in the back of my throat . The second third was much the same as the first , however the finish got longer with a bit more spice and pepper . At the band the stick was just the same which was just fine with me . I put it down at about 3/4 " but did not want too . The cigar never got too hot it had GREAT performance all the way with a very good burn . I will be getting more of this one for sure .. Liked it ALOT !!

It was a very good medium smoke. It burned evenly and had a great taste. Would be a perfect party smoke giveaway if you were introducing people to the excellence of a good cigar mixer.

A nice cigar, a little sweet on the start, but built in both flavor and strength. It never gets past mild/medium, but is very good. It has a great ash(a concrete color) a holds the ash great (2 inches easy) it gives off a light blue smoke. The draw was a little tight, but it did not take away from the satisfaction of a very good cigar.

You can't possibly go wrong with these. They are constructed well, burn evenly, nice draw, and taste terrific. Isn't that what you are looking for in a cigar? Hard to believe a box is only $59. Even harder to believe they come in an actual box and not bundled. I will continue to fill my humidor with the 10th anniversary sticks. Excellent, excellent value!
