La Gloria Series R has long time been the favorite of die-hard full-bodied cigar aficionados. Blended by famed cigar maker Ernesto Perez-Carrillo in Miami, the Series R is an extension of the original line, but aged years longer giving the cigar a richer fuller-bodied flavor profile. The special Dominican tobaccos lend the cigar a refined smoothness that gives the cigar a layered quality – strong and polished. The Natural Series R is spicy and rich on the medium side of full-body with overtones of earth. The Maduro Series R is also spicy and carries as slightly fuller body than the Natural wrapper.
