La Aurora is the oldest cigar company in the Dominican Republic. In 2003 they celebrated 100 years of distinction and quality by releasing a masterpiece – La Aurora Cien Anos. Cien Anos or 100 Anos, is a Dominican puro that is extremely limited and uses a rare Dominican Corojo wrapper that has been aged for 4 years and the binder and filler have been aging since 1996. Cien Anos line is limited to 400,000 cigars, each individually numbered with a serial number on the second band. The cigar is medium to full-bodied, and is bold with lots of expression. The cigar is spicy and carries notes of cedar with a long leathery finish. Perfectly balanced, Cien Anos is a classic that will long be reminisced after production has ceased.
