Sir Winston Churchill was one of the world’s most famous smokers. One of his favorite Cuban brands was La Aroma de Cuba and it was his love of this cigar that gave the brand its prominence in cigar history. Recently Ashton brought the brand back using all Cuban seed tobacco. La Aroma de Cuba’s full flavor, complex blend, and consistency made the cigar increasingly popular among smokers, to a point that it has exceeded its heritage. La Aroma de Cuba is a medium to full-bodied cigar with a dark and oily Cuban seed Honduran wrapper, which is further strengthened by the Honduran binder and Honduran and Nicaraguan filler. La Aroma de Cuba is a very rich cigar with flavors of earth highlighted by undertones of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate. While the cigar is fuller-bodied in flavor it also retains a balance making it a smooth smoke with tons of flavor, and while intended for experienced smokers, La Aroma de Cuba is accessible to all.
