The cigar that was born from his vision is the Fonseca Cubano Limitado. The Wrapper on the Cubano Limitado is a Nicaraguan grown Cuban seed tobacco blended with Dominican and Nicaraguan fillers. The cigar is the fullest of the Fonseca line, balanced so that it has more flavor than strength. But, there is a pleasant “kick” to the cigar, and that is its brilliance. Fonseca Limited Reserve

New From Fonseca! The new Fonseca Reserva Especial is a limited edition cigar that is totally different from all other Fonseca cigars.  Traditionally, Fonseca cigars are very mild.  In fact, it is almost like a Fonseca trademark to be “mild and smooth”.  But Manuel Quesada broke the mold when he blended this one!  First off, he selected a dark, Havana Criollo wrapper that is grown in Honduras.  This wrapper is not only beautiful, but it packs a lot of flavor.  Second, Manuel blended full-bodied Nicaraguan ligero tobacco with a special 1996 vintage Dominican tobacco.  This combination creates a flavorful and somewhat strong smoke. Due to the small quantities tobacco available for this blend, Manuel was only able to produce 1000 boxes and make only one size- a hefty 7”x 52 Torpedo.  Each Mahogany box of Fonseca Reserve Especials are inspected and signed by Manuel.     See Products and More details
