Corona Ranchero is our best selling bundled cigar and the only true Corojo bundle.  Corona Ranchero cigars are hand-made in Honduras by Tabacos Rancho Jamastran (the makers of Baccarat, La Fontana & Camacho cigars).  Tabacos Rancho Jamastran is one of the oldest manufacturers and growers of tobacco in Central America and is family owned and operated by Julio Eiroa and his son Christian Eiroa.  What makes this cigar factory different from other factories in Honduras is that they are a vertically integrated company.  They grow and process tobacco on their own farms and make cigars in their own factory.  Julio Eiora is constantly experimenting by taking tobacco seeds from all over the world and planting them on a couple of acres that he sets aside as his "laboratory".  Julio's greatest achievement is a wrapper that has never been grown before outside of Cuba.  This special strain of Cuban-seed wrapper is called "Corojo".  Corona Ranchero features this flavorful, Cuban-seed authentic Corojo wrapper.   The special Corojo wrapper surrounds a Cuban-seed Honduran binder and a blend of mixed-filler* Honduran tobacco.  This combination of tobacco produces one of the best smoking and best tasting mixed-filler cigars that I've ever smoked!  Each cigar is box pressed after rolling, aged for six months, then packed into money-saving bundles of 25.  In my opinion, this medium to full-bodied cigar is the best value on the market - period! *Mixed-filler is a blend of tobacco that is made of the tobacco trimmings that are left over when long-filler cigars are produced.  The mixed-filler in Corona Ranchero cigars is made from the trimmings of Camacho, Corona Intensa, Baccarat, & La Fontana cigars.  The trimmings are gathered each day, mixed together to create a totally new blend, then aged so all the different tobacco can "marry" into one great flavor.
